The sound of the human voice is one of the most natural and simple healing tools and can be used to literally "tune up" the cellular structure of the body, release old patterning and memory, and relax and soothe with its vibration. This workshop offers a basic understanding of the use of sound healing on the human body, through focussing on the self, working on others or in groups. Simple and easy to use techniques will help you to produce sacred sound, clear and energise the chakra system and open to your intuition and healing power.
No musical experience necessary.
