The sound of the human voice is one of the most natural and simple healing tools and can be used to literally "tune up" the cellular structure of the body, release old patterning and memory, and relax and soothe with its vibration. This workshop offers a basic understanding of the use of sound healing on the human body, through focussing on the self, working on others or in groups. Simple and easy to use techniques will help you to produce sacred sound, clear and energise the chakra system and open to your intuition and healing power.
No musical experience necessary.

An ongoing weekly event
Dramatherapy is a form of interactive group work and a method of play; a means of discovering, unlocking and working with different aspects of the self in a spontaneous and imaginative way. It provides a creative vehicle for the transformation of feelings, and is an active form of therapy that emphasizes movement, voice, characterization, embodiment and expression through drama. The focus is not on performance but on the creative process itself. May be of interest to those looking for new and dynamic ways for personal healing and change.
This is a closed group of 8 evenings for those interested in the personal and therapeutic benefits of Dramatherapy for self healing and change. The emphasis is on having fun and to explore and express the self and where the group provides an opportunity to explore personal issues, participants are able to work at their own pace. No previous experience is necessary.

A one day workshop introducing 2 complementary approaches to active techniques in therapy, combining the interactive and therapeutic approach of Dramatherapy with the reflective, but active, process of Creative Writing, to bring about a dynamic exploration of key questions relevant to Life's journey.
The day is aimed at developing an understanding of how our personal stories, scripts and inner characters can be recast, and rewritten to create clarity and insight of the past, present and future. Using story, improvisation and reflective processes, this workshop is open to anyone interested in the healing benefits of the creative process. It will be of particular benefit to those using creative writing as a therapeutic tool and as an alternative approach to working with drama and theatre processes for personal developments and healing. CPD certificates provided for all participants.
